  • 1 ½ cup Flour (Maida)
  • ½ cup Flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar


  • ½ kg Mince
  • 1 cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Red pepper
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 4 qty Green pepper chopped
  • 2 tbsp Green coriander (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Mint (chopped)
  • ½ cup Green onion (chopped)
  • 1 qty Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 to 3 qty Egg
  • 1 tsp Hot spices


  • Boil the minced meat with onion, ground red pepper, salt and ginger garlic paste until the water is completely dry
  • Now add green chillies, mint, green coriander, green onions and tomatoes and set aside.


  • Mix flour, flour, salt and sugar and knead it into small dough and roll it on a plate.
  • Then spread ghee on it, sprinkle flour and cut it again to make a paste.
  • Now take it as big as the size of a dinner plate and put the prepared filling on it, add hot spices and beaten egg on top and cover it with another loaf of bread.
  • Then shred it and fry it.
