
Arabic Paratha Recipe
Ingredients
FOR DOUGH
- 1 ½ cup Flour (Maida)
- ½ cup Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
FOR FILLING
- ½ kg Mince
- 1 cup Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Red pepper
- Salt as needed
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 4 qty Green pepper chopped
- 2 tbsp Green coriander (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Mint (chopped)
- ½ cup Green onion (chopped)
- 1 qty Tomatoes chopped
- 2 to 3 qty Egg
- 1 tsp Hot spices
Instructions
- Boil the minced meat with onion, ground red pepper, salt and ginger garlic paste until the water is completely dry
- Now add green chillies, mint, green coriander, green onions and tomatoes and set aside.
FOR DOUGH
- Mix flour, flour, salt and sugar and knead it into small dough and roll it on a plate.
- Then spread ghee on it, sprinkle flour and cut it again to make a paste.
- Now take it as big as the size of a dinner plate and put the prepared filling on it, add hot spices and beaten egg on top and cover it with another loaf of bread.
- Then shred it and fry it.
