Chocolate Vanilla Cake Rusk Recipe
Ingredients
- 190 gm Sugar
- 125 gm Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 175 gm Flour
- 10 gm Baking Powder
- 15 gm Water
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 4 drops Lemon Essence
- 10 gm Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- Then add in water and mix well. Now divide the mixture into two portions. In the first portion add cocoa powder and flour it properly
- Add the two mixtures individually and bake it in an oven at 160 c for about 30 minutes. Now remove it from an oven and allow it to cool.
- Cut it like cake rusk and bake it again at 130 c. Lastly place it onto a serving platter. Serve.
