Crispy Zeera Biscuits Recipe
Ingredients
- 125 g Clarified Butter
- 60 g Icing Sugar
- 1½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ Egg Yolk
- 150 g Flour
- 1 tbsp Milk
- Flour To Dust
- Cumin To Garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl add butter, sugar and beat well till smooth. Add cumin, salt, egg yolk, flour and use hands to bind or spatula, now rest the dough for a while
- Add Milk to bind. Flour to dust. Roll out and cut into rounds. Bake in a lined baking tray for 160c to 15mins, add cumin seeds on top before baking and pat.
