Coffee Gelatin Mousse Recipe
- 1 tbsp Gelatin
- 2 Eggs Separated
- 1½ cup Cream Whipped
- ¾ cup Caster Sugar
- 2 tbsp Coffee Leveled
- ½ cup Walnuts
- ½ cup Caramel Syrup
- Gelatin 1 tbsp soaked in ¼ cup water, add in it 1 tbsp coffee and mix
- Put yolks and sugar ½ cup in a sauce pan, cook for 2 mins, stirring well, add in it dissolved coffee and gelatin mixture.
- Now add in it the caramel syrup, fold in the whipped cream in the yolk and gelatin mixture.
- Lastly beat 2 egg white stiff with remaining caster sugar, fold this whites in the above yolks and cream mixture, set in a dish or shot glasses, decorate with walnuts.
