Chicken Peppricana Steak Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts With Small Side Bone Attached Flatten
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Crushed Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Mustard Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
For Pepper Sauce:
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 tsp Brown Sauce Powder Heaped
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
For Serving
- Boiled Veggies
- Baked Potatoes
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces with all the given ingredients for 2 hours, pan fry in 2 tbsp oil.
- Now prepare the pepper sauce.
- Then add prepared pepper sauce, serve in a sizzler with crushed pepper corns, boiled veggies and baked potato.
