Date Energy Balls Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup NutsĀ
- 15-20 Pitted Dates
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2-3 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- Chop up the nuts (mix of walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts).
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until it forms a paste.
- Shape them into balls and roll them into desiccated coconut
- Cool in fridge for at least 30 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
