Delicious Galouti Kebab Recipe
Ingredients
For Blending:
- 4-5 piece Raw Papaya
- 1 tbsp Rose Petals
- 1 small Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp Fried Onion
- 9-10 Green Cardamoms
- 1 Black Cardamom
- 10-15 Black Peppers
- 1 Bay Leave
- 1 small piece Nutmeg
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 piece Mace
- 500 g Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 Charcoal (For Smoking)
- Salt To Taste
- 1 tbsp Chironji
Instructions
- In a chopper add the beef and grind till it’s like a mashed potato consistency
- Next in a blender add all the ingredients and blend till it’s like a thick paste
- Then add the paste, red chili powder, cumin powder and salt to the ground beef and mix well. Let it marinate for 12 hours or overnight
- Now 2-3 hours before you want to make the kebab, smoke it.
- Then when you’re ready to make the kebabs, spread a generous amount of water on your hands.
- Now take a spoonful of the beef and flatten it to a patty like shape using wet hands.
- Next heat up some ghee in a pan and fry the kebab till it’s golden brown.
- Serve with a side of sliced onions, chutney and paratha or just enjoy it plain and simple!
