Easy Chicken and Corn Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
- 250 gm Chicken Thighs
- ½ cup Onion
- 1 tbsp Chicken Powder
- ½ Bell Pepper
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 6 cups Chicken Stock
- 2 tbsp Jalapeno
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- 3 cloves Garlic
- ¼ cup Flour
- 1 tin Corn
- 1 tin Evaporate Milk
- ½ cup Cream
For Serving:
- Jalapenos
- Parsley
- Siracha Sauce
Instructions
- In your stock add corn cobs, cook for 15 mins, marinate chicken pieces with chicken powder, salt, pepper and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a fry pan and sauté chicken on high flame, take it out and add onion, salt, pepper to the same pan with chopped garlic.
- Now add 2 tbsp butter, add stock and sautéed chicken, simmer for 20 mins, add in evaporated milk, simmer for 10 mins.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve with cream, parsley, chopped jalapeno and siracha sauce.
