  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 2 cup Yogurt
  • cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • A pinch Urad Dal
  • A pinch Chana Dal
  • 10 Curry Leaves
  • 1 tbsp  Green Chili-Ginger Chopped
  • 2 Dried Red Chilies
  • Coriander Leaves OR Pomegranate Seeds
  • Salt To Taste


  • In a bowl mash the cooked rice. Now add yogurt, milk and fresh cream. Mix well and heat up some oil in a pan.
  • Add all the whole spices and chili-ginger. Give it a stir and add the mixture in the rice.
  • Next add salt and mix well. Now add the pomegranate seeds (optional), stir and voila! Serve and enjoy!
