Easy Curd Rice Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 cup Yogurt
- ⅓ cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Fresh Cream
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- A pinch Urad Dal
- A pinch Chana Dal
- 10 Curry Leaves
- 1 tbsp Green Chili-Ginger Chopped
- 2 Dried Red Chilies
- Coriander Leaves OR Pomegranate Seeds
- Salt To Taste
Instructions
- In a bowl mash the cooked rice. Now add yogurt, milk and fresh cream. Mix well and heat up some oil in a pan.
- Add all the whole spices and chili-ginger. Give it a stir and add the mixture in the rice.
- Next add salt and mix well. Now add the pomegranate seeds (optional), stir and voila! Serve and enjoy!
