Homemade Pizza Paratha Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts (Boiled & Shredded)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tomatoes (Chopped)
- 2-3 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 Onion
- 6-8 Olives
- Mushroom Sliced
- 1 tbsp Crush Red Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Pizza Sauce
For Paratha:
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Oil
Instructions
Make The Filling:
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add pizza sauce with boiled chicken crush pepper, cook for 5 min and remove.
Make The Paratha:
- Knead all well together in to a medium dough make into balls stuff with filling and roll as shown, Shallow fry.
