Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Mutton chops
  • 1 medium Onion
  • ¼ cup Oil           
  • Salt to taste
  • 7 to 8 qty Button red chilli   
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 qty Ginger in piece                  
  • 10 to 12 qty Garlic cloves           
  • 4 to 5 qty Green chilli               
  • 2 to 3 qty Lemon                       

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add oil and onion , fry them till it become golden then add chops and salt and fry on medium high flame for 5 min.
  • Then add 2 glass water and cook on medium flame for half hour or till it become cooked.
  • When the water become dry out then in a mixer blender add red chilli black pepper ginger and garlic and blend them well n add this mixture in chops and mix them well n in the last add lemon juice and chilli
  • Cover the lid n cook on slow flame for 5 min.
  • Your tasty masala chops is ready to serve.
