Mazadaar Vegetable Handi Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cauliflower
- 1 cup Beans
- 1 cup Carrot
- 1 cup Peas
- 1 cup Tomato
- 1 Onion
- ½ cup Cream
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- Green Chili As Needed
- ½ bunch Coriander
- ½ cup Oil
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Milk
Instructions
- Add in milk and butter in the vegetables and cook. In another pot, heat oil and add onion, tomato, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt and cook together.
- Then combine the onion mixture with the milk until mixed well. Now add cream, coriander, and green chilies.
- Temper for 5 minutes. Dish out and serve hot.
