Mazedar Shikari Gosht Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg Beef
- 2 tbsp. Garlic Paste
- 3 tbsp Chopped Coriander
- 4-5 tbsp. Oil
- Salt to Taste
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 Onion Thinly Sliced
- 2 tsp Chopped Red Chili
Instructions
- Heat oil and add onions to it.
- When the onion turns red, add garlic paste, salt, chopped red chilies, coriander and cumin powder and mix.
- After that add the meat and fry it.
- Now add enough water in it to dissolve the meat and fry it well.
- Now take it out in a serving dish and serve it with tandoori roti.
