Cucumber Raita Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Grated Cucumber
- 1 Chopped Green Chili
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
- 1 cup Whipped Yogurt
- ¼ tsp Salt To Taste
- 2 tbsp Chopped Onions
- ½ tsp Roasted & Crushed Cumin
- ½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Instructions
- Peel and grate the cucumber.
- Mix all the ingredients and vegetables in the whipped yogurt.
- Serve it chilled.
