Italian Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Honey
- ½ tsp Dried Basil
- ½ tsp Dried Oregano
- ½ tsp Dried Parsley
- ½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Freshly Crushed Black Pepper
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a mason jar.
- Close the lid tightly and shake it vigorously.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning, acidity or sweet according to your taste preference.
- Cover the lid and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Use as required.
- Shake the dressing well before every use. You can also use fresh herbs if you are planning to use the dressing in 2 days.
