Khobani (Apricot) ki khatti meethi chutney
Ingredients
- 250 g Apricot
- ½ cup Vinegar
- 6 Whole Red Chilli
- 1 tbsp Roasted Cumin
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 50 g Jaggery
- 4 tbsp Oil
- Orange Food Color
Instructions
- Soak the apricots all night. Heat oil and add red chili and fry them.
- Now add jaggery, salt, cumin, red chili powder, food coloring and cook.
- Once the chutney thickens, add the vinegar.
