Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tsp BlackPepper Corns
  • 2 tsp Cloves
  • 10 nos Cardamoms
  • 2 nos Black Cardamom
  • 1 tbsp Mace
  • 3 Cinnamon Stick
  • 2.5 tbsp Kasoori Methi
  • 2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Powder
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg Powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Salt

Instructions
 

To Begin With:

  • First add all the spices including coriander seeds, cumin seeds, pepper corns, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, black cardamom, mace etc.
  • Roast for few mins in low medium flame.
  • Roast until golden and aromatic. Roasting the spices perfectly is the main step in making trandoori masala powder recipe.
  • After that add kasoori methi.
  • Give a quick saute and switch off.
  • Cool down completely then transfer to mixer jar.
  • First grind this spice mix to a coarse mixture.
  • Add kashmiri red chili powder, garlic powder, nutmeg powder,ginger powder along with black salt to it.
  • Grind it well until nicely bleneded.
  • Then transfer to a plate. Spread it and cool down.
  • Store Tandoori Masala Powder in a clean dry jar.
