Chana Chur Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 8 Green Chillies
- 6 tbsp Fresh Coriander
- Salt to taste
- ⅓ tsp Chilli powder
- 1½ tbsp Mustard oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 cups ( Chewra Mix ) Any Mix Of Your Choice
Instructions
- Chop the coriander, chillies and onions finely.
- Add 3 cups of the mix in the container, bit more or less is fine.
- Add all the ingredients on top.
- Any of these ingredients can be adjusted, as a guide add about 1/4-1/3 of salt as the mix already has salt in it.
- Close the lid. Now with your both hand, shake this for good few minutes.
- Take the lid off, taste it, adjust any of the ingredients if required then close the lid and give it another shake. Serve straight away.
