Marinate chicken with salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Heat oil in a wok, fry chicken till done, remove chicken.
To the same pan add butter and more garlic, immediately add in chicken stock with cream and all the rest of the ingredients for pasta including the cooked chicken, keep the pasta saucy.
Adjust the seasonings, fill each bread bowl with pasta and sauce, top it with shredded cheese, sprinkle cajun spice, chopped parsley on top, grill for 5 mins till cheese melts.
Before serving the pasta in bread bowl, brush it inside out with melted butter, place it in the oven for 8 mins on 180 D.
Then fill the bowls and serve immediately.
