
Donut Kabab Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Beef Mince
- 2 qty Onion (Large)
- 2 qty Potatoes (medium)
- 6 qty Green Chilies
- 4 tbsp Chana Daal
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic
- 2 qty Eggs
- ½ bunch Mint (chopped)
- 1 tsp All spice
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ bunch Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp Red Pepper (crushed)
Instructions
- Cook together meat.
- Ginger garlic paste, salt, daal, onions & potatoes & boil with 2 cups water till water dries off completely.
- Cool add green chilies & blend well, than add in all the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Shape the meat into a round shape, cut with doughnut cutter and fry them on high flame.
