To make the garlic mushrooms, simply add butter and olive oil in a pan and let it heated for few seconds.
Now add freshly chopped garlic and saute until it starts to change color.
Add freshly chopped onion and caramelize it for a minute until it becomes translucent.
Add mushrooms on high heat and saute until it changes color.
Now add salt, paper and thyme and give it a good mix.
Add veg stock and cook on high heat until the stock evaporates. Don't cover! Continuous stirring will give an even color to mushrooms.
Roast the mushroom on pan until it gets dry.
Garnish with parsley and now it's ready to serve!
