Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Butter 
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 250 g Button Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Onion 
  • 1 tsp Garlic 
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Peppers
  • tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ cup Veg Stock
  • Parsley for Garnish

Instructions
 

  • To make the garlic mushrooms, simply add butter and olive oil in a pan and let it heated for few seconds.
  • Now add freshly chopped garlic and saute until it starts to change color.
  • Add freshly chopped onion and caramelize it for a minute until it becomes translucent.
  • Add mushrooms on high heat and saute until it changes color.
  • Now add salt, paper and thyme and give it a good mix.
  • Add veg stock and cook on high heat until the stock evaporates. Don't cover! Continuous stirring will give an even color to mushrooms.
  • Roast the mushroom on pan until it gets dry.
  • Garnish with parsley and now it's ready to serve!
