
Smoked Fried Chops Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Mutton chops
- 2 tbsp Papaya paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste heaped
- 1 ½ tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Roasted & crushed cumin
- ½ tsp Coriander crushed
- 1 ½ tbsp Behari kebab masala heaped
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 cup Water
- Kachoomber to serve
FOR COATING
- 3 qty Eggs
- ½ cup Water
- 3 tbsp Gram flour heaped
- ¼ tsp Salt & pepper (each)
- 2 cups Bread crumbs
Instructions
- Marinate chops with all the given ingredients for 2 hours, add in 1 cup water, cover and cook on low heat till tender, beat eggs, water, salt, pepper and gram flour.
- Dip chops in this batter, coat in crumbs and deep fry, serve with kachoomber.
