Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Semolina boiled
  • 2 cups Grated potatoes
  • 2 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 2 qty Chopped green chilies
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1-2 qty Beaten eggs
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • 1 tsp Butter

Ingredients Cheese Sauce:

  • 3 tsp Cream cheese
  • 2 tsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Chili sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add half cup water, butter, when its boiling add suji and cook on low heat, keep stirring till a ball is formed in the center, remove from heat and cool
  • Mix in 2 cups of boiled potatoes with all the seasonings, chopped greens, mix well, grease hands, shape into thin long fingers, dip in egg, roll in bread crumbs, deep fry till crisp.
  • Serve with cheese sauce.

METHOD FOR CHEESE SAUCE:

  • Mix together everything.
