Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Chicken tikka boti
  • ¾ cup Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt leveled
  • 2 tsp Karahi masala
  • 2 tsp Chicken tikka masala
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic heaped
  • 4 qty Tomatoes whole peeled
  • 4 qty Green chilies chopped
  • ½ tsp Dried fenugreek
  • ½ tsp Allspice
  • 2-3 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp Crushed coriander heaped
  • 1 tsp Crushed cumin heaped

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a wok, add chicken tikka boti with ginger garlic, peeled whole tomatoes, cover and cook for 15 mins, open and crush the tomatoes well.
  • Add in tikka and karahi masala with salt, cover and cook till chicken tender. Lastly add coriander, cumin, allspice, chopped greens, leave it on dum for 5 mins, serve with nan.
