Ingredients For Peri Peri Rice:
3cupsBoiled rice
2-3tspOil
½cubesCapsicum
½cubesTomato
2tspPeri-peri sauce
½tspSalt
1tspChicken powder
Instructions
Marinate cubes of boneless chicken with all the ingredients of column 1 for 30 mins. Heat oil, fry garlic for 2 mins, add in marinated chicken, cook for 8-10 mins till chicken tender.
Add 1 cup water for gravy, when mixture boiling thicken gravy with flour paste, lastly add in sieved peri-peri sauce and remove, serve with peri-peri rice.
Method For Peri Peri Rice:
Heat oil in a wok, add boiled rice with peri-peri sauce and veggies, salt and chicken powder, toss well and serve.
