Chicken Puff Pastry Roll Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 qty Readymade puff pastry
- 500 gm Chicken
- 1 kg Onion
- 100 gm Oil
- 50 gm Green chilies
- 200 gm Milk
- 10 gm Salt
- 10 gm White pepper
- 5 gm Ground cumin
- 50 gm Walnuts
- 10 gm Ginger garlic
Instructions
- Boil chicken, now heat oil in a pan and roast onion, now add ginger garlic, green chili paste, salt, white cumin, and roast few min, now add chicken, milk and walnut and cook for 10 min.
- lastly roll the puff pastry and pout the filling shape roll and bake for 20 min on 180 degree and serve.
