In a bowl add oil and sugar mix then add curd and beat with egg. Add flour ,baking powder and fold with strained yogurt, bake it in the preheated oven on 180 C foe 35 minutes.
In another pan cook milk, sugar and curd for 5 minutes. Add vanilla custard cook till it gets thicken. Add pistachio, almond and cardamom then now take out.
Now soak baked rasmalai in the milk. Serve with almonds, pistachio and cream.
