Instructions
Baked/ cooked the chicken with peri peri sauce and garlic powder separately first.
Add oil in a pan separately then capsicum, zucchini onion, brinjal and carrot.
Cook it well for 5-6 minutes, Add the cooked chicken in the vegetables.
Method For Rice:
Add water in a pot, Put all rice spices and mix it well to remove the lumps.
Add oil, Put it on flame to boil. When comes to boil then add soaked rice with medium flame.
When very small quantity of water is left then add the cubes capsicum.
Garnish it with cashews.
