Fruit Dahi Bhallay Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup White lentil (soaked & ground)
  • 4 tsp Yellow split gram (soaked ground)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 pinch Soda
  • 1 tsp Cumin crushed/roasted
  • Water as required

OTHER INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tin Fruit cocktail
  • ½ kg Curd
  • 1 packet Cream
  • ½ tsp Cumin roasted
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tsp Orange flavor powder
  • 1 tsp Corn flour
  • Sweet papri for garnish
  • 4 tsp Almonds, pistachios

FOR SWEET PAPRI

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Sesame
  • 1 tsp Sesame
  • 2 tsp Caster sugar
  • 2 tsp Coconut
  • 1 tsp Milk powder

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl add ground lentils, salt, soda, and cumin mix well and make balls and fry.
  • Now dip in water. In a pan add water sugar, orange flavor powder and add corn flour cook till it gets thicken.
  • Now add yogurt and cream mix well.For papri mix flour with all the remaining ingredients, water make a dough,roll it and fry.
  • For assembling beat yogurt and add dahi bhallay and fruit cocktail.
  • Now pour yogurt mixture and papri.
  • Serve with almond and pistachio.
