Grind all the dry ingredients and make a fine powder , now blend all wet ingredients to make paste.
Now mix both dry and wet ingredients , now marinate mutton in this batter for 4 to 6 hours.
Now bake it or boil for half and hour , to make karahi heat oil sauté ginger , now stir add green chilies , curry leaves and all the spices except dried fenugreek mix.
Add this in mutton and its stock also, cook on high flame till oil separates , lastly garnish with green chilies and serve.
