Green Kofta Biryani Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Beef
  • 1 qty Onion
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper
  • 3 qty Green chilies
  • ½ tsp All spice powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 qty Bread slice
  • Coriander as required

FOR MASALA

  • 1 qty Onion
  • ½ cup Desiccated coconut
  • 6 qty Curry leaves
  • 6 6 Green chilies
  • ½ bunch Coriander

OTHER INGRIDIENTS

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • ½ tsp Ground cumin
  • ½ tsp Ground coriander
  • 6 qty Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp All spice powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Green food color
  • ¼ tsp Asafoetida
  • 1 tsp Chicken powder
  • 1/2 cup Oil

FOR RICE

  • ½ kg Rice
  • Whole spice as required
  • Salt as required

TO TEMPERING

  • 2 tsp Clarified butter
  • ½ tsp Red pepper crushed
  • ½ tsp Cumin powder

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the masala ingredient with beef, now make meatballs and shallow fry in 1tbsp oil.
  • Now in a wok add ghee and oil , blended masala, ginger garlic paste , yougurt, coriander , cumin, curry leaves asetofitida , chicken powder.
  • All spice and roast well till oil comes on top , then add meatballs , half done rice , whole spice and salt.
  • Now give layer of biryani, food color, lasty give baghar and garnish with coriander and serve.
