Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Bengal Gram (boiled)
  • ½ kg Bottle gourd
  • 1 qty Chicken cube
  • 250 grams Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Finely Chopped Ginger
  • 1 qty Onion
  • 4 qty Green Chilies
  • ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
  • ½ tsp Nigella Seeds
  • ½ tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 1 tsp Red Chili (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Boil lentil with turmeric till it tenders. Removes from the stove, now heat oil add onion and fry. 
  • Add bottle gourd, green chilies, tomatoes, mustard seeds, nigella seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seed, and red chili, Chicken cube, salt and fry well.
  • When bottle gourd is tender, add boil Bengal gram and mix.
  • For tempering, heat butter adds garlic and fry. Add cumin seeds and give tempering on daal.
