Ingredients For Profiterole:
- 110 gm Butter
- 240 ml Water
- 3 gm Salt
- 12 gm Sugar
- 120 gm Flour
- 3 to 4 Egg
Ingredients For Pastry Cream:
- 1 packet Custard
- Whipped cream as required
Method:
In a pan add sugar, water, butter, salt and boil.Now add flour and mix well and cook on low flame for 12 minutes till no lumps are visible. Now whip by mixing machine, add eggs one by one and mix well.
And Bake batter on 200c preheated oven for 22 to 25 minutes.Caramelize the sugar stick the croquembouche and make tower and serve.
