Boil undercut with ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and ½ cup of water till tender, keep aside. Now marinate the cooked undercut with ginger garlic paste, schezwan sauce, chili powder, color, salt, chili sauce, black pepper, egg, mix well, keep it for 30 mins, then add in it 3 tbsp flour and corn flour, mix all together, deep fry till golden, remove in a plate, sprinkle with chat masala, serve with any chutney.
