Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 300  gm Boneless chicken chopped
  • ¼  cup Oil 
  • 2 tbsp Chopped garlic 
  • 2  tsp Crushed red pepper
  • tsp Oregano 
  • tsp Parsley   
  • tsp Mixed herbs  
  • 1 tsp Salt      
  • 1 tsp Black pepper 
  • ½  cup Ketchup     
  • tbsp Green chili sauce 
  • tbsp Siracha sauce  
  • tbsp Vinegar     
  • 3 tbsp Chili sauce  
  • cups Any shape pasta raw 
  • ½ cup Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 Cup Cream 

Ingredients for white sauce

  • ounce Butter  
  • tbsp Flour 
  •  2  cups Milk  
  • 1 cup Water     
  • ½  tsp  each Salt and pepper 

Method for sauce

  • Mix all the ingredients in a sauce pan, cook stirring till thick.

Instructions
 

Method:

  • Heat oil in a wok, add chopped garlic, all the seasonings with chicken cubes, cook till chicken tender, add all the sauces with ½ cup water, remove and keep aside. Now in a big pan mix together the boiled pasta, the prepared white sauce and chicken, mix well, add cheese, and cream 1 cup if light, cook for another 5 mins, serve piping hot with garlic bread on the sides.
