  • ½  kg Fish slices
  • tsp Black pepper 
  • tsp Whole cumin seeds 
  • tsp Fennel seeds 
  • tbsp Garlic crushed
  • tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 4 Green chilies
  • tsp Salt
  • tbsp Lemon juice
  • tbsp Yogurt 
  • tsp Crushed red pepper 
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

Method:

  • Grind together whole black pepper, cumin, fennel seeds, garlic, coriander leaves, green chilies very well, add in salt, lemon juice and yogurt, apply this on the fish slices, shallow fry or bake in the oven till done.
