Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt
  • Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Cheese, Grated
  • 3 tbsp Butter or Oil

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs and seasoning together.
  • Heat the butter or oil.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan as soon as the butter melts.
  • When the underside cooks a little, sprinkle the cheese over it and fold the omelets over, forming a semi circular shape.
  • When the inside is set, slide out onto a plate and serve immediately.
