Moongphalli Halwa Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Moongphalli
  • 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1/4 cup Suji
  • 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder 
  • Pinch of Saffron Strands
  • 1 cup Khoya
  • 1/2 cup Jaggery Grated

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add semolina and sauté till fragrant.
  • Meanwhile heat another non-stick pan, add some water, jaggery and green cardamom powder, mix and cook, stirring, till jaggery melts.
  • Add peanuts and peanut butter to the semolina and mix well. Add jaggery water and cook till the mixture thicken, stirring continuously.
  • Add saffron and mix. Add khoya and mix till it melts.
  • Transfer into a serving bowl and serve warm.
