Ingredients
  

  • 1 Onion
  • 8 Green Chillies
  • 6 tbsp Fresh Coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • ⅓  tsp Chilli powder
  • tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 cups ( Chewra Mix ) Any Mix Of Your Choice

Instructions
 

  • Chop the coriander, chillies and onions finely.
  • Add 3 cups of the mix in the container, bit more or less is fine.
  • Add all the ingredients on top.
  • Any of these ingredients can be adjusted, as a guide add about 1/4-1/3 of salt as the mix already has salt in it.
  • Close the lid. Now with your both hand, shake this for good few minutes.
  • Take the lid off, taste it, adjust any of the ingredients if required then close the lid and give it another shake. Serve straight away.
