In a bowl mix vinegar, ginger garlic paste, salt, water and soak prawns in it for 10 to 15 minutes.
In a bowl add black pepper, eggs, salt and soy sauce. Mix well and set aside.
In another bowl mix flour, corn flour, garlic powder and set aside.
Coat prawns firstly in egg mixture and then in flour mixture.
Then deep fry prawns until light golden brown.
In a bowl mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, paprika and sesame oil. Dynamite Sauce is ready.
Coat prawns in dynamite sauce, sprinkle spring onion and serve.
