  • 14 Bologna Slices

  • 1 cup  Tomatoes
  • 1 cup  Green Capsicum

Instructions

  • In a bowl add sugar, salt, butter, yeast, flour and stir to combine. Then knead with warm water until your bread is soft and tacky, but not sticky. Continue to knead until a soft ball of dough forms and clears the sides of the bowl, for about 7 to 10 minutes.

  • Grease your baking dish with butter and transfer dough in it. Brush the dough with some more butter and bake it in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 200 or above degree or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and immediately brush with some more melted butter. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then remove from the pans and cool completely before slicing. Your bread is ready.
  • In a bowl add mayonnaise, fresh basil, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper powder and white pepper powder. Mix all these ingredients until well combined. Your spread is ready set aside.
  • Cut the top off the bread and hollow it out.
  • Prepare the frozen Bologna Slices as per the instructions on pack.
  • Spread the basil mayonnaise on the inside of the bread evenly. Start to layer up the ingredients. Start with a layer of Bologna Slices, then top it with cheddar cheese slices, bell peppers and tomatoes.
  • Spread basil mayonnaise on it and repeat the layers again. In last add one more layer of Bologna Slices on top, spread basil mayo on the lid of bread and cover it.
