Turkish Chicken Skewers Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breast
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • tsp Paprika
  • ½ ½ Cinnamon Powder
  • ½ tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste

Tomato sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Tomatoes
  • 3 cup Tomato Paste
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Mint leaves
  • 1 tsp Basil leaves
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add yogurt, cumin powder, paprika, chili flakes, cinnamon powder, lemon juice, salt, olive oil and mix well.
  • Add chicken strips and mix well.
  • Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
  • In a pan heat oil, add tomatoes.
  • Sauté for a minute. Add tomato paste and water then mix it. Add salt, black pepper, white pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  • Add mint leaves and basil leaves. Serve it with cooked chicken.
