In a bowl add flour, salt, yeast, egg, oil, yogurt, milk and mix all well. Gradually add water and knead a soft dough and rest it for 1-2 hours in a warm place.
In a pan heat oil, add mutton mince and cook until its water about to dry.
Add garlic paste, black pepper, salt, crushed red chili, zeera powder, paprika and cook until mince dries out. Let it cool.
In a bowl add cooked mince, add onion, tomatoes, capsicum and coriander leaves and mix well.
Punch down the dough and divide it into 6 equal parts.
Take 1 part and roll it in an oval shape.
Apply mince mixture leaving the sides.
Now join the dough and give it a boat shape.
Apply egg wash.
Sprinkle some onion seeds and sesame seeds.
Bake it for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
Before last five minutes take out and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
