Ingredients
  

  • 10 Dates
  • 7 Ice Cubes
  • 4 tbsp Instant Oats
  • 20 Almonds Crushed
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Powder

Instructions
 

  • In a blender add dates, instant oats, almonds, honey, milk, ice cubes and chocolate powder.
  • Blend it well. Pour it in a mug.
  • Enjoy!
