In grinder add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp whole black pepper,
Add 2 tbsp coconut powder, ½ tsp Mace. Grind together.
After this pour into bowl, add ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp salt, 1-1/2 tsp red chili powder,
Add 1 tsp coriander powder, 6 cardamoms, 1 bay leaf, ½ tsp Tartary along with few drops of kewra essence.
Mix well. In the end pour into bottle.
This masala is enough for 1 kg beef and chicken korma.
