Korma Masala Powder Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 6 Green Cardamom
  • Kewra Essence Few Drops
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 
  • 1 tsp Whole Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Mace 
  • ½ tsp Tartary
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt 
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Powder 
  • tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Bay Leaves

Instructions
 

  • In grinder add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp whole black pepper,
  • Add 2 tbsp coconut powder, ½ tsp Mace. Grind together.
  • After this pour into bowl, add ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp salt, 1-1/2 tsp red chili powder,
  • Add 1 tsp coriander powder, 6 cardamoms, 1 bay leaf, ½ tsp Tartary along with few drops of kewra essence.
  • Mix well. In the end pour into bottle.
  • This masala is enough for 1 kg beef and chicken korma.
