Maggi Masala-e-Magic Powder Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Coriander Seeds
  • 2 tbsp. Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Methi
  • 1 tsp Fennel
  • 2 Bay Leaf
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 5 Cardamoms
  • 6 Cloves
  • 1 tsp Black Paper Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Aamchur Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger Powder
  • 1 tsp Corn Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Take ¼ cup coriander seeds, 2 tbsp. cumin seeds, ¼ tbsp. fenugreek seeds, 1 tbsp. fennel, 2 bay leaf, 1 cinnamon, 5 cardamoms, and 5-6 cloves. put it in pan.
  • Roast them on low flames until aromatic.
  • Give forth them into blender.
  • Add 1 tbsp. black paper powder in the blender.
  • Add 1 tbsp. red chili powder.
  • Add 1 /2 tbsp. turmeric powder in the blender.
  • Add 1 tbsp. aamchur powder and add 1 ½ tbsp. Garlic powder.
  • Add 1 ½ tbsp. onion powder.
  • Add 1 tbsp. ginger powder.
  • Add 1 tbsp. corn flour.
  • After that add 1 tbsp. salt.
  • Add 1 tbsp. sugar. Blend it and make smooth powder.
  • Put out and pour in air tight container for use.

Notes

  • Confirm to use recent spices to extend the shelf life of masala.
  • You'll modify the chili powder and salt to your preference.
  • Adding corn flour is facultative. It is chiefly accustomed absorb wet gift in spices.
