Tawa Egg Masala Dhaba Style Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Onion
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 5 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 7 Green chilies
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Water As Required
  • 5 Boiled Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt To Taste
  • A pinch Red Chilli Powder
  • A pinch Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt To Taste
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander Powder
  • Water As Required
  • 2 sliced Green Chilies
  • Fresh coriander
  • Dried Fenugreek Leaves

Instructions
 

  • Prick boiled eggs with the help of wooden skewer,cut in half & set aside.
  • Heat griddle,add cooking oil,sprinkle salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,place boiled eggs (yolk side down) & cook for 1-2 minutes,flip & set aside.
  • On same griddle,add cooking oil,cumin seeds & mix well.
  • Add blended paste,mix well & cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add salt,turmeric powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,coriander powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes,cover & cook on low flame until oil separates (4-5 minutes).
  • Place eggs,cover with gravy,add water,green chillies,fresh coriander,dried fenugreek leaves,cover & steam cook for 3-4 minutes & serve!
