Measure and get ready with all your ingredients. In a pan add all the ingredients under 'to roast'. Dry roast it in low flame.
Roast till it becomes golden and gives nice aroma.Transfer to a plate.
Add salt, raw mango powder and turmeric powder. Grind to a slightly coarse mixture. Cool down then store in a clean dry jar. You can sundry it for few mins to remove the extra moisture.
