Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

To Roast:

  • ΒΌ cup Coriander Seeds
  • 5 Cinnamon Stick
  • 10 Dry Red Chilies
  • 2 Kashmiri Red Chilies
  • 15 Cloves
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds
  • 3 nos Black Cardamom

Instructions
 

  • Measure and get ready with all your ingredients. In a pan add all the ingredients under 'to roast'. Dry roast it in low flame.
  • Roast till it becomes golden and gives nice aroma.Transfer to a plate.
  • Add salt, raw mango powder and turmeric powder. Grind to a slightly coarse mixture. Cool down then store in a clean dry jar. You can sundry it for few mins to remove the extra moisture.
