Delicious Masala Corn Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sweet Corn
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • tsp Pepper Powder
  • ½ tsp Chat Masala Powder
  • ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ¼ tsp Caraway Powder (Shahi Jeera)
  • ¼ tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil for 10 mins or until corn turns soft, drain the water. If you are pressure cooking then pressure cook for 4 whistles till corn turns soft. You can microwave it too.
  • Then in a mixing bowl add all the ingredients listed along with corn and mix well.
  • Give a quick stir and serve immediately.
  • While serving sprinkle little red chili powder and chat masala powder and serve hot.
  • Sprinkle additional masala powders while serving if you prefer extra spice.
  • Serve Masala Corn it hot / warm. You can even microwave it before serving.
