Lehsun ki Chutney (Garlic Chutney) Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Garlic Cloves
  • 15 Button Red Chilies
  • tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ½ cup Water

Instructions
 

  • In grinder, add garlic cloves, whole red chilies, cumin seeds, salt, oil and water, grind until medium coarse paste.
  • Chutney is ready.
  • Tip: If you don’t like raw garlic taste. Blend all ingredients together except oil. Heat oil in a saucepan and add grinded ingredients, mix well until done.
